Yes, free rescheduling is available if made 14+ days before check-in, subject to room availability. Rate differences may apply, and you are allowed maximum one reschedule per booking

Submit your refund request in writing to finance@dusuneco.com with your booking confirmation number, proof of payment, cancellation reason, valid identification, and bank details. Processing time is 14 working days
Yes, stricter cancellation terms apply during school holidays, Malaysian public holidays, and major festivals (Hari Raya, Chinese New Year, Deepavali). No refunds are given within 30 days of check-in during these periods
